I’m Jared Hollander, CFP®, ChFC®, the proud owner of Hollander Investments & Insurance Services, LLC. I offer professional preparedness with a person-centered approach.
From a young age, I have found true joy in helping people, and knew I wanted to build a career where I got to do that. In 2016, I started investing in the stock market. By 2019, underneath the advisor at a local credit union, I became fully licensed in the securities and insurance industries before starting my own practice in early 2021.
I am admittedly different from some other financial advisors. I was born and raised in a small town and, while I’ve spent time in cities, I have a particular understanding for the wants and needs of rural businesses and individuals. I am family-oriented myself and hold in high regard the goal of providing for one’s family (both during one’s lifetime and in legacy planning/posthumously). I do not come from a wealthy background and I understand how intimidating it can be to approach finances when it is new to you. I am sensitive to the fact that financial topics can feel vulnerable for some people. I will meet you where you are at and do my best to advise in a way that makes everyone feel welcome and capable of this type of work. When you’re ready to step it up to the next level, I’m ready to kick it into high gear with you too!
The parts of my financial planning & wealth management business I most enjoy are the chances I get to help people with their finances and provide insight that helps them simplify complex financial matters. I love encouraging my clients to take initiative that can lead them to a steadier, more dependable, much happier future. I genuinely believe it is my calling to help clients find their best path forward with regard to financial matters.
I believe what sets me apart from others is my commitment to doing the right thing for my customers, partners, and everyone involved, even when it isn’t necessarily what is best for me; the way that I care about not only every aspect of your financial life, but aspects of your personal life as well; and my efficiency, diligence, and willingness to keep growing and expanding my knowledge and offerings make me the best candidate to assist you in your financial plans.
Outside of work, I am an avid fitness enthusiast. I am a former body builder who still enjoys working out, lifting weights, playing and watching hockey (go Bruins!), and keeping active. I am a patriot and a veteran of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. I am a proud dad to our English Bulldog, Chip and a devoted husband. While still working on growing my own family, I can often be found surrounded by nieces, nephews and friends’ children.
In addition to Hollander Investments & Insurance Services, LLC, I also run a Home Inspection business to help others better invest in the real estate market and/or have a safe and healthy home for their families. I have been a personal trainer since 2013.
I attribute my success to the support I receive from the fantastic people around me, especially my wife, and my drive to be the best version of myself. The growth of my business, client base, and opportunities to help others has given me immense satisfaction over the years and continues to be a source of inspiration and motivation.
